How can I upload images for use on X-Cart pages?

The built-in X-Cart WYSIWYG editors don't include an image upload function. They require you to copy and paste the URL of images already uploaded by some other means. Therefore you must either upload images using FTP, the file management function of your web hosting Control Panel, or X-Cart's built-in file manager. You must then copy and paste or type the resulting URL for your uploaded image in to the WYSIWYG editor. This is a needlessly cumbersome process as all the WYSIWYG editors supplied with X-Cart have the native ability to upload image files. Unfortunately X-Cart has chosen to disable the image upload function. We have requested X-Cart correct this glaring error in furture versions. In the mean-time we have found a modification that re-instates image upload capability to the CK Editor. The cost of the modification varies depending on your particular X-Cart installation. If you would like this modificaiton, please submit a support ticket. We will repsond with a price quote for your particular situation.
