I'm not receiving email, what is wrong?

There are many possible issues that can interfere with the delivery of email messages, most of which, due to the nature of the internet, are out of our control. However, the most common cause is reaching the disk storage quota assigned to your account or reaching the limit assigned to a particular Login ID. Your account must have empty disk storage space available for email to be received and processed and each Login ID associated with your account must also have empty disk space available in order to process email. You can check your available disk storage space and the limits assigned to each Login ID by logging on to your account's Control Panel. Point your browser to http://www.yourdomain/ControlPanel/. Replace "yourdomain" with the domain name registered with your account. For example; http://www.pictordesign.com/ControlPanel. Log-in with your domain administrator Login ID and Password.

Click on "User List" under "User Managment". This will display a list of all the users associated with your account. Make sure the disk space "Used" is less than 80% for all users (Login IDs). If a particular "Login ID" shows more than 80% "Used" that Login ID must delete some stored email messages to reduce the amount of disk space being used or the "Limit" for that Login ID must be increased.

The "Limit" for a particular Login ID can changed by clicking on "properties" for that Login ID. This will open the Properties page for that Login ID. Click on "Edit Profile" to open the Edit Profile dialog page. Increase the amount in the "User Disk Space" box. Click on "Save" to save the change. Click on "OK" to return to the User List. That Login ID should now be able to process email. Notice that increasing the limit for Login IDs to allow more room for email will decrease the Limit for your main account id thus reducing the space available for web site page and file storage.

If you need more storage space to accomodate a growing web site you may order a larger hosting account through our online order system or by submitting a support ticket to request increasing the storage space assigned to your account. If increasing the limit for affected Login IDs doesn't solve the problem, please submit a support ticket listing all available details, we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Remember you must login to your client area before you can submit support tickets.
