Can I allow certain users to create and manage email for subhosts?

The role of Mail Administrator was created in CPX to allow System Administrators and Domain Administrators to delegate email management for a subhost to others. The System Administrator and Domain Administrator can grant mail administrator privileges to a Mail Admin, such as creation of new email users, managing user email addresses, and granting spam and virus privileges.
